Q. How do I access the exhibitor technical manual?
A. The Exhibitor Technical Manual is accessed through the Exhibitor Zone; login using the password sent to you via email and click on the link 'Technical Manual'. If you have accessed the Exhibitor Zone but still have problems accessing the Exhibitor Technical Manual please contact Kerry Astin, Event Co-ordinator on Tel: +44 (0) 207 921 8075.

Q. When will I receive my exhibitor badges?
A. Approximately 3 weeks prior to the show or if you need replacement/additional badges they can be obtained from 2pm onwards on 10th October 2005 .
Q. How do I access the PR and Marketing guide?
A. The PR & Marketing Guide is also accessed through the Exhibitor Zone; login using the password sent to you via email and click on the link 'PR & Marketing Guide'. If you have accessed the Exhibitor Zone but still have problems accessing the PR and Marketing Guide please contact Kerry Astin, Event Co-ordinator on +44 (0) 207 921 8075.
Q. I have lost/not received my password to access the exhibitor secure zone. What should I do?
A. On the exhibitor login page before you gain access to the Exhibitor Secure Zone you can obtain and complete a password request form. Your password will then be emailed to you.
Q. My password to access the exhibitor secure zone isn't working. What should I do?

Q. I would like some help with marketing & PR in the run up to the show. What can I do?
A. Please refer to the PR & Marketing Guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, which contains essential information on how to maximise your investment at the show or alternatively contact the marketing team. Contact details on the Contacts & Help page.
Q. How do I create my own page on the TWM 2005 website?
A. Our website attracts massive visitor traffic in the lead up to the show and we've made it easy for all our exhibitors to promote themselves and their new products. You can access your extranet page through the Exhibitor Zone using the password sent to you via email. Q. Am I entitled to a free entry in the official TWM 2005 show guide?
A. Yes, as an exhibitor at TWM, you are entitled to a free entry in the official Show Guide, which is distributed free of charge to all pre-registered visitors. Please refer to the PR & Marketing Guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, for further details.
Q. Can I submit press releases to appear on the TWM 2005 website?
A. Yes, please email your press releases/news stories/case studies to Gareth Ingham at gingham@cmpinformation.com
Q. Can I nominate my important clients for VIP status?
A. Yes, you can nominate 20 of your most important clients to receive automatic pre-REGISTER, a free show catalogue onsite and use of the VIP facilities at the show. Please refer to the PR & Marketing Guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, for further details.
Q. When will I receive my contractor passes?
A. Approximately 3 weeks prior to the show.
Q. What should I do if the details on my badges are incorrect?
A. When you arrive onsite, the badge query desk can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge.
